Forum Rules

1. Function
This forum was created and is administrated as a tool for the BFL team and also as a source of communication and feedback from the users of BFL products. The forum allows its users to discuss other topics only in the specificated sub-forums. The administrator and moderators of this forum work on it completely voluntary and insulting and provoking them automatically leads to a ban for the users involved.

2. Registration and behaviour rules.
2.1. Users are not allowed usernames with insulting or vulgar message or meaning.
2.2. Users are not allowed to put vulgar messages or ones with ethnic, religious, racial or any other insults, on their avatars or in their signatures. The administrator has the right to react to such insults by deleting an avatar or signature without any warnings.
2.3. Using cyrillics is recommended for Bulgarian users.
2.4. Cursing and using personal, religious, ethnic, racial or club insults is prohibited.
2.5. Methodically ironising other users and violent and vulgar behaviour is not allowed.
2.6. Insulting in Personal Messages is not allowed. Any user can signal an administrator or moderator if another one is insulting them in PM's.
2.7. Using ironic names of users, other people or organisations, including football clubs, is prohibited.
2.8. When creating a new thread, an user has to check if there is already a similar one in the sub-forum.
2.9. A user who is creating a new thread, also has to check if he is creating it in the right sub-forum. New threads in wrong sub-forums will be moved or deleted, according to the situation.
2.10. Quoting big posts is not recommended and users are asked to quote only the part of the text they want to include.

3. Punishments.
Applying punishments strongly depends on the situation itself. If there is a constant rule violation of an user, the administrator can decide to apply a more radical punishment than usual. That's why all administrative decisions, including punishments, will be discussed by the whole team.
Every user has the right to demand an explanation for a certain decision, as long he does it in a polite way. Every final decision is approved by all BFL Team members and any official statement has the support of every member or the Bulgarian Football League.
